We have a duplicate alert when members are in "Unprocessed" (or "Members from NIF", applies in 🇳🇴 when the NIF integration is enabled). If you approve the duplicates here and do not merge or accept them as their own members, you will have duplicates in the club's membership list.
To remove these duplicates, you must handle this manually. You must ensure that the email and phone number are the same on all duplicates. Children cannot have their parents' email/phone; parents must be added as guardians with their own unique email/phone.
Duplicates should be merged, not deleted. If you delete one of the duplicated persons, the group will lose all history related to that person. If they are merged, this history is retained.
The club administrator can merge duplicates when people are in "Unprocessed" (or in 🇳🇴 under "Members from NIF".)
If both duplicates have paid payment requests, technical support must merge the duplicates for you. Please make a list if there are many, and contact us.
If you are a 🇳🇴 club and have duplicates with multiple NIF IDs, support must contact NIF on your behalf. Please make a list if there are many, and contact us.
